Essentially it's the balance but it might be coming just for being too weak somewhere in the chain. I really hope I can find one try where I feel somewhat stable to post it. Coach Sommer 11,183 Posted June 9, 2013 Video clarifications: 1) First demonstrate via a ruler etc that your hand will be no more than 6 inches from the wall. 2) Only your time with legs together will count towards your time. 3) The video must show your entire body.
