Ahhhahaha I was JUST about to post this! Pole dancers are legit, and this woman is one of the best (despite the dumb title). Love the stall bars.

I was surprised how much gymnastic stuff was in there, and with very high movement quality: stalder presses, multiple pike HS presses without touching the ground in between, many forms of side levers and windshield wipers, awesome piked German hang to pike pull up. Incredible active and static active flexibility. Tons of creativity.
