no need to comment, Cole's been on the ball.

I've opened up through HBP for proofing. Messing with the templates for vertical text slowed me down a bit: I will finish and then resume tinkering with it.

Cory Fair

Everything should be up. Please continue proofing.

We also need a store description for Foundation Two. So far, I've started with:

**Please Note that all GB Courses have a 30-day, 100% Money-Back Promise if You are not Satisfied with the Content**

No drawings - No fitness models - No unproven theories.

Deceptively simple-looking, The Foundation Series is about taking your body and making it bullet-proof. We lead you step-by-step from a total beginner to strength levels that are on par with a collegiate gymnast.

Foundation Two starts from the perspective of a roughly one year of Gymnastic Strength Training™ and continues onward with strength and mobility elements that increase several steps in difficulty.

Reading as I can, not on the home computer today. Sounds good Cory.

Did a copy paste from F1, adding an embellished version of Cory's text -
Feel free to continue tweaking. This is in some ways as important as the text in the Course. If we can't get them to buy they wont see the magic inside!

Deceptively simple -

Coach Sommer will lead you step-by-step from a complete beginner to strength levels that rival collegiate gymnasts. The Foundation Series  build your body to become stronger than you ever believed.  It will reveal weak links you never even knew exited and give you the tools to confront them and break through your weakness and inflexibility.

The GB Foundation Courses focus exclusively on the development of the seven Gymnastic Strength Training™ (GST) fundamentals AND the necessary mobility requirements that go hand in hand with them; Front Lever, Straddle Planche, Side Lever, Manna, Single Leg Squat, Hollow Back Press and Rope Climb. Altogether there are four courses in the Foundation series; all of which are extremely rich in instructional information.

Foundation Two continues from where Foundation One left off, starting from the perspective of a beginner GST trainee with approximately one to two years of structured training behind him.  (Please note that previous weight training doesn't automatically transfer to GST.)

The basic course structure is as follows:

- Each of the seven GST Fundamentals are developed through following an exact progression; rep by rep, set by set, exercise by exercise.

- Months upon months of complete detailed programming is provided. If you can read, you can successfully follow and implement the GB Foundation courses.

- Integrated Mobility exercises are provided for each and every step along the way throughout all of the Foundation Courses. Never again will a lack of mobility be responsible for poor gains in GST.

- Embedded videos are provided for each exercise and mobility element in Foundation One. (82 in all!)

- These embedded videos are further supported by over 240 instructional photos.

- All of the videos and photos are of real GB students whose strength and physiques have been developed using the GB protocols being demonstrated.

No drawings - No fitness models - No unproven theories.

- Be aware that this course is based on progressing through a series of clear, quantifiable levels of Mastery for each GST Fundamental; there are no shortcuts, no pie in the sky promises. If you are not willing to engage in disciplined, focused hard work, then Foundation One is not for you.

Coach everything looks good, but those bent arm sPL iM elements look more like strength elements to me and way harder than Frog Stand. Ouch.

Nic Branson

I'll be sending you a message on some standards here also Coach I already see some questions on form concerns. Good stuff here.

Did some self testing today and looking over each from a technical standpoint. Formatting looks good. Not finding anything during my quick views here.

@ Cory

I'm going to bed now. Hit the big stuff,

Excellent: thanks for the help on this, I miss a lot because I get so blinded by staring at code too long.

Cole Dano

This work needs many eyes!

Added a couple more based on your fixes.

no video problem now, works perfectly

Massaged the F2 text a bit. Still not 100% happy with it but getting closer.

Once it's good should move it to F1 as well.

Also need to solve the problem of text always overflowing. Does the default text area width need to be enlarged?

Been working on it. There's some funky CSS going on, I'm just going to put in a ticket.
