List of Items to Fix

Table of Contents

move Fundamental Leg Strength to SLS

add Fundamental Straight Arm Strength (FSAS) in it's place

remove underline from SLS

Fundamental Leg Strength - has a bullet in front of it

FLS

Single Leg Squat needs 1. in front

Getting Started

First paragraph should PE6 be PE1?

if so should it mention that trainees need  to start with F1?

Changing PE6 to PE7 is also problematic as SLS is already at SE2

-Unless we re-write the entire paragraph, it's not going to be perfect

"If you are a raw beginner, you will of course begin from the absolute beginning and are advised to start from Foundation One PE1....."

(and change PE7 back to PE1)

then add the following after the third paragraph, leaving PE1 etc as is

"After working through all steps of F1 in this manner, you can begin to do the same with F2"

Made the change above. Reads well, I like it.

End of page E in Examples is red

Single Leg Squat Progressions

edit - it looks like SE5 Speed Skaters Squats should be moved to SE2

and the other elements bumped up one

Broken Links

I'm finding some broken links on the nav arrows at page bottom.

Will try to specify them soon.

In general all element pages have text size set too small

Nic Branson

I should have a bit of time to look at things. Will crunch through as much as I can. Thanks for the heads up.

Cole Dano

Great news! I'll clear out some time from my schedule.

Cory Fair

The front end is up for you all to start reviewing. Once I finish optimizing and adding elements to the the progression pages.

Nic Branson

Manna strength chart and the elements on the manna page are not the same.

HBP/PE13 Rip Dip.....should be ring dip?

Also have pe15 listed on the strength chart but only list up to pe14

Fixed.

Good catch on the strength chart. Same deal with rope climb. Is this intentional, Coach?

Nic Branson

Table of contend sould read Fundamental Leg Strength with the SLS listed under in order to match F1 format.

Are we intentionally using the same cycles names as in F1 so it listed pe1 etc. Should not be a big deal but if they only buy F2 then it just looks tacked on to some people.

Cole Dano

Cory I've just been appending my original list you might want to check there again.

sPL mobility looks brutal.

Cory Fair

Fixed those items. If you would, post updates to the list on the original post as it's easy to have it all in one place.

The red highlights are intentional.

Cole Dano

A couple of new updates to the list.

Also crossing out already addressed issues.

Cory Fair

Don't worry about the progression pages until I've indicated that the templates have been finished.

Coach Sommer

Sorry.  I managed to insert an outdated strength chart into the manuscript.  I have sent the correct updated one to Cory.

Yes.

Coach Sommer

- On the page that shows the total list of straddle progressions; sPL/SE1 is listed as Frog Strand rather than Frog Stand.

Table of Contents:

- The specific table of contents items should be listed;

Front Lever 2, Straddle Planche 2 etc to avoid confusion with F1.

- Let's also make sure that the TOC for F1 is showing Front Lever 1, Straddle Planche 1 etc.

- Also add a "1." in front of the listing for Single Leg Squat under FLS.

- Let's reduce spacing on the table of contents into between sections to a single line rather than the double spacing.

Front Lever Progression page:

- change FL/PE7>iM to "Seal Rock"

- change FL/PE14 to "Kip Extension"

Is Cole correct that the training cycle charts should be more specific to F2 or does it not particularly matter with the workout scheduler coming available?

If it does, it would require changing all of the entries for all of the charts to:

FL/PE7, sPL/PE7, SL/PE7, MN/PE7, SLS/SE2, HBP/PE7, RC/PE7

Strength Chart:

- Spacing is incorrect on the corrections to the strength chart

- Change to "Bulg Dip"

The parallax looks peculiar on many of the three photos across the top of the section intro pages: Side Lever, Manna, Single Leg Squat etc.

The above table of contents changes should be made to the main TOC in the front of the course as well.

In the "No Giant Sets" section; second paragraph (DO NOT SKIP) - please change week 12 to "week 11"

Cory Fair

I can change it, but it'll probably be last to get done.

Cory Fair

Turning off visibility for the night so any series purchases wouldn't get it before it's ready.

Cole Dano

I'm just going over a couple of things can you give me a few minutes and I'll take some screen shots?

- We can go two ways with this.

1) Refer to F1 as the starting point throughout the entire series.

2) Update each part of the series to reflect it's individual starting point.

The choice between the two is dependant on how hard we want to stress that trainees begin from F1 PE1, rather than not purchase F1 etc and start from F2, F3 or F4 because they think they can.

I think we are leaning towards stressing F1, but allowing people to do as they will. However they won't be recognised without starting with F1.

If so, option 1 is best.

Trainees already familiar with F1 won't think twice about this, and those who haven't will be encouraged to get F1.

- The Getting started page

also has this problem. And currently in the second half of the page references F1 PE1 but in the first paragraph, F2 PE7. One way or the other this needs to be fixed.

- Proposed edit of Getting Started

"If you are a raw beginner, you will of course begin from the absolute beginning and are advised to start from Foundation One PE1....."

(and change PE7 back to PE1)

then add the following after the third paragraph, leaving PE1 etc as is

"After working through all steps of F1 in this manner, you can begin to do the same with F2"

We could go so far as to offer a free exchange within say 48 hours for people who realise they need to start with F1.

Nic Branson

We should stress F1. If they just decide to jump into F2 and fall flat then they were warned.

Coach Sommer

Agreed.

Cole Dano

Are you good with the proposed alteration to the Getting Started text?

Coach Sommer

- Let's make the above changes to text.

- In regards to Cole's other suggestion, I am not convinced that we need to offer an exchange unless they request it.  They are going to need both courses anyway.  Thoughts?

Cole Dano

True, and history shows, people will ask for the exchange anyway if they want it.

Technically with the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, people could do a return and purchase F1.

So it might be better not to explicitly say it, but more implicitly.

Coach Sommer

- Agreed; the exchange will not be specifically mentioned.

- Good job on the other points.
