Neil Gillies
Hi folks,I am considering ordering some stall bars from this site:http://www.artimexsport.com/en/produse.phpHowever, I notice that all the stall bars they sell have oval rungs. Is this normal or is it likely to become a pain to use down the line?Alternatively, does anyone know of other stall bar manufacturers in the UK?Thanks in advance,Neil

George Launchbury
I can see that oval would be more comfortable for pressing against (hanging leg raises, etc). Are there any other advantages?I ask as I have nowhere inside to put stall bars, and I am planning to weld up some steel ones for use outside. Tubular steel is easy to get, not so much the oval... Cole Dano
Honestly I don't think it matters enough to worry about it. Oval steel would cost a fortune. Our building's basement has a small gym, where there are some metal wall bars with rolled steel oval bars. I've never seen anything like them anywhere. George Launchbury
Thanks - they look good. Mine won't look nearly so nice, but will be a fraction or the cost. Turns out I might know someone who will be able to roll the tube oval? I will post some pics when I get to it.
