Feel dizziness, dry mouth and an strange inside pressure in my ears....But all of this ONLY happens when i train on reps, like pull ups, dips, push ups... Joshua Slocum
Ask a medical professional. That is not normal.
Michael Soueid
I had similar symptoms which i believe came through a combination of A not being hydrated properlyB not taking in enough carbsC training with too much volume Once i fixed that, especially A and B my symptoms disappeared completely. However im with Hari, especially if you didn't change a thing and suddenly are getting these symptoms: Do get checked out by medical professional. Jordi Van Gelder
Well...about carbs, i eat rice with one egg and butter 1 or 2 hours before training. About hydration, should i drink while training? And about volume, today had this symptoms and this is what i did: Some handstand and human flags, front lever pull ups and pppups, 3 rounds of 20 dips and 15 pull ups. Michael Soueid
I follow Joshua Natermans Workout Nutrition 2013 Guidelines, not to the letter but still it works very well for me. You might want to give that a try. But still, get professional advice if you are unsure. I had my annual very thorough medical examination scheduled anyway and as everything came back normal, i could pinpoint it to my nutrition and training. That must not mean its the same for you.
Stefan Hinote
Have you recently changed your training regimen? IE: increased volume, and reduced rest times? Yes, you should drink water during the workout to stay hydrated. Does the "pressure" in your ears follow the rhythm of your heartbeat?

Stick true to the concepts of staying hydrated, being well-fed for your workout, and getting good PWO nutrition and things should run pretty smoothly. For the OP: Michael's advice is very good. First make sure you're hydrated (sports drinks or salted water can help), well-fed (which basically means eating enough calories, and making sure that around half of them are from slow-digesting carbs), and well-rested.
