Welcome Maybe first some words abouts me. I am training street workout almost 18 months. I am wonder about the exercises which i can doing for victorian. I have all variation on front lever mastered (ex. wide, pull ups, one arm on bent arm) and I can do normally front lever for about 25 sec. I have seen interesting video very similar to victorian and I tried it and publicated my attempt on video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=wyGIqAxePXU - from 15sec I would like to ask is it good exercise for teaching victorian?
