Twisting Squat

The Twisting Squat is a squat variation that focuses on abductor muscles and outer knee ligaments. The twist allows the athlete to maintain balance through the tricky movement.

Twisting Squat

  1. Begin sitting on the floor, leg criss-crossed.
  2. Keep your ankles turned out and stand straight up. A
  3. t the top, turn your feet flat on the floor and pivot 360-degrees so your legs cross the other way.
  4. Turn your ankles back out and descend back to the reverse criss-cross position on the floor.
  5. Repeat for reps.
