Mid Bridge
Mid Bridge is an upper thoracic mobility drill and a Thoracic Bridge progression. Like most active mobility work, it both stretches and strengthens muscles throughout the joints, and this one specifically through the shoulder girdle.

- Lie on your back with your hands placed flat next to your ears.
- With your elbows and knees bent and feet flat on the floor, push through your hands and feet to raise your head up to elbow height.
- Keep your head in line with your elbows, press your hips high, and hold for time.
