Kneeling Tuck

The Kneeling Tuck is more of a rest pose to loosen the lower back than it is a stretch. If you are doing an extended stretch session, this will help you between those stretches that tighten the lower back, like bridge work or frog stretches.

Kneeling Tuck

  1. Begin kneeling on the floor with your knees, feet, and heels touching.
  2. Sit back onto your heels and lay your chest flat on your thighs.
  3. Arms can be overhead or down by your sides.
  4. Hold this kneeling tuck for time.
