Inside Squat
The Inside Squat is an active mobility exercise and a great squat variation for building strength in the knee ligaments and tendons.

Inside Squat
                
                
          - Begin standing with your feet slightly wider than hip-width.
 - Turn your toes out slightly and roll your ankles inward without exceeding your comfort zone.
 - Keep your ankles rolled inward and squat down, allowing your knees to track inside of your feet.
 - Steadily lower your hips and bring your knees closer together, touching them together once your hips reach knee level.
 - Reverse the squat, standing back up straight, and repeat for reps.
