Free Handstand Straddle

The Free Handstand Straddle is a handstand drill that articulates the medial glutes while holding the handstand line steady. This requires full body engagement.

Free Handstand Straddle

  1. Kick up into a properly aligned free handstand.
  2. Hold the handstand and straddle your legs apart as wide as you can while not allowing them to drift forward or backward.
  3. Once your best straddle is achieved, pull your legs back together.
  4. Move slowly and smoothly as you repeat for reps.
