4 Block Handstand Travel
The 4 Block Handstand Travel is a handstand drill that develops body control and strength throughout the shoulder girdle and core. This full body exercise builds upon an already solid 1 Arm Handstand.

- Place four handstand blocks in a line.
- Adjust the spacing so that blocks one and three and blocks two and four are shoulder-width apart.
- Enter a free handstand on blocks one and three, straddle your legs apart wide, and shift your left hand to block two.
- Shift your right to block four, step back to the start, and continue to walk side-to-side for reps.
- The intent of this drill is not to spend time in a static handstand on blocks but rather to learn to smoothly transfer weight onto and off of your supporting shoulder.
