Will Weak Links Catch Up On Strong Ones?

I have a question regarding weak links. If I am up around say level 6 with the front lever PE and iM and have mastered all progressions to this point but only at SL/PE1 will my SL progress catch up faster due to the initial preperatory exercises being easier?

Also just a hypothetical question what do we do when we get to the point when you have mastered one of the elements and iM but another is lagging way behind. Do you just keep doing the prescribed 12 weeks keeping to the mastered elements in the set rep scheme layed out whilst your weak link catches up?

I dont think I am describing myself very well here but any answers are welcome.

Thanks, mic

If you've achieved mastery of PE6 in one element, you're ready for the foundation 2 content there.

If you are seriously lagging behind in one area, you continue with the normal schedule. You may find you are able to progress faster than normal if you already have a lot of strength in other areas.

You may continue progressing with your strong suit; inserting the new elements into the programming as needed.

However:

- Level ranking will require that all elements and iM for a given level are demonstrated.  So it is quite important to make every effort to getting your physique properly balanced out.

- If you are finding that you require less than the full 12 week cycle (e.g.  starting at week 5 or week 9 programming for a given element); make sure that your deload weeks continue to occur at the same time.
