Hanging rings

hi, i recently purchased the xtreme rings and i need a place to hang them inside. I want to hang them from the ceiling, but what do i need to use to do that?

Eye bolt, that's what I used, or an eye screw, make sure it is screwed into more than 2 by 4 such as a ceiling or floor beam.

Many other also rig them onto their power towers and pull up bars.

jup, the design of the rings suspension is quite simple - if they arrived, you see that basically, its a loop of strapping that goes through the ring on one side and around something solid on the other side.

if you have a free beam in your house, you can simply pass the straps over it. other than that, i used two solid eye screws and secured them in a beam. most anything will work, though: a horizontal bar, tree branch, two openings in a structure...

just make sure that whatever you use to hold the strap loop, either point of support holds at least your bodyweight. hanging upside-down from these things, you dont want to risk them coming loose. if you have a supporting beam, that certainly will be a good choice.
