Hey,

guys I really like the foundation 1, in fact starting with it today. However I have certain doubts.

First is that you will be doing only one plane of movement...for example there won't be any pull ups until you master rows, and than there will not be any rows and you will be only doing pull ups. Won't this create imbalances???

Second, what happens with pre-requisite warm up??? It was mentioned many times that you need this 6 minutes to keep this shapes. Will we still be doing it for example after Foundation 1, or how we will keep for example our arch hold which we mastered and won't be using anymore?

Arto is referring to warming up with the previous Prep. Exercises once you've moved on to further levels.  So if you are at PE4, use PE2 & PE3 to warm up.

spyro7800 is asking about the so-called "prereq" exercises as they have been known here on the forums before the Foundation series:

Hollow hold, arch, plank, reverse plank, PB support, deadhang.

spyro - the foundation series is meant to replace the prereq exercises in a much more complete way.  Use your previously mastered PEs to warm up.  If you haven't mastered any just get your blood flowing with a handful of pushups, squats, jumping jacks, whatever if you feel the  need before starting your PE1s.

But I just don't understand why we had to keep those prerequisite warm up after mastering it and now with Foundation series we don't.

The PE's are what people were calling the pre-reqs before. Much of this was un-offical terminology that forum members created and Coach patiently allowed while he was working on getting the system out.

Warm Up is mentioned and applies to all seven of the Fundamental Progressions.

Unless you are superman, I imagine you would do your RC 21r warm up using a row variation, so planes aren't really an issue.

Same with, for example the FL or SL warm up, why wouldn't you maintain the 60s and 60r sets you worked so hard for by doing HBH or HBR for your FL warm up or ABH or ABR for your SL warm up?
