F1 says that to self-test mastery of an element of the progression, one should attempt to perform the element (and its accompanying mobility) at the reps/sets prescribed for week 12 of the workout template. But week 12 is the deload weak. Shouldn't we be testing ourselves based on the reps for week 11, which has maximum volume? Perhaps this is a typo, as the number of reps cited in the example is the number of reps listed for week 11.

Sounds like a typo, as it's pretty clear you "need to perform AND demonstrate mastery" of each exercise. The mastery levels are hit on Week 11.

Well the reps needed for mastery of a particular exercise are right there on the exercise description page. ( which are the week 11 rep/set range )
