Is My Posture Bad?

Hard to tell from the angle. Can you take one more straight on instead of at the upward angle. It is also helpful to see all of the spine.

Dunno why, but it looks like your shoulders are very tense

I don't know much about this, but some people recommended me this article and all of its parts. It has lots of info about right posture and fixing common problems.
