Deload every 4th week.
Yes I understand this, however, in the seminar coach said that he made Alan take a week off and I couldnt remember if it was every 4th week or every 12th
Thanks anyways
Implication was that you deload on the 4th so that would reason that the 12th would be an off week.
ThanKs
how do you combine the deload week if you don't do a workout?
for example...i organize the training so that for every exercises the deload week is in the same week..the problem occurs when i skip a workout..
for example this week i got a disease and i didn't train from monday to thursday...but friday and today i did normal workout. for this reason i skipped the exercises of the past days...this mean that I am in arrears for one weeks for certain exercises, this as a consequence means that i'll cannot do the same deload week for all exercise because i have to recuperate one week of training.how do you manage it? you train normal and cut off the intensity as a normal deload week also if you are not at the same schedule for all exercises?
If it was your deload week then no worries and just move on. If it was not a deload week then you could treat it like one and just repeat what is was suppose to be next week.
so...if in exercise A i was on week 1 and in B i was in week 1...this week i trained on B for the week 2 but not on A (so the last train of A is for week 1)
on the next week i repeat the training for B and i recuperate the training for A? is correct?
Both would be week 2 yes.
thanks..
