Well, i was wondering about if elite gymnast lost on basics, because as i read, they stop doing basic moves to start harder ones. Then maybe they could not perform a front lever so much time, or cannot do 30 pull ups.

Its just curiosity, don't know if this happens or not, just a noob question, but if stop doing for example push ups to train harder push moves, provably when i return to push ups i will not be able to do the same reps ase before.

What do you think?

They will not lose their strength. When they move from doing 20 pushups to a 5 second planche, they can still do 20 pushups, and then some.

This occures to a small extent, but it's not really an issue in practice. Some degree of strength training is neuromuscular specialization, so when you progress from one movement to a more difficult one, your ability in the less difficult movement may atrophy a bit. But as you advance more, the less difficult moves begin to take so little effort that you can easily perform them in very high volume.

For example, someone who recently progressed from push-ups to pseudo-planche-push-ups may find that after a while they have lost a rep or two of push-up ability. But someone capable of a full planche-push-up would be able to do ridiculous amounts of push-ups simply because the push-ups would be so easy for them.
