Not sure how perfect form looks so care to help?

I was asking for video of someone else and not criticism of my form.

Ah ok.  Sorry for the confusion

I would film my form, but the camera's charger has been forgot by my sister when she was at her friend 59 km away.

 

Should the body be straight as plank? I can maintain hollow body and retract scapula, but that gives my body a crescent shape which I don't think is the right one.
