Hi,
today I came across a video of a one finger handstand:

and it's not that 90 years old monk 
I can't believe it's possible; what do you guys think? are they using a trick?
They both seem to stick the finger into the bottle which doesn't make the feat any less incredible.

I don't buy that. There must be some hidden cable holding him somewhere.
I think the only trick is that he maybe holds a hidden handle to support his finger, but that don't makes the feat less incredible :shock:
Ouch!! but pretty damn cool.
All you have to do to train that is work on wrist strengthening with one finger. Of course it'll take about three-5 years of daily practice, but it's possible.
Anyone ever hear: Training Methods of the 72 Arts of Shaolin?
