Hello to everyone on the graduate studies section, i have 2 questions for you:

1-the first regards the warm up, i appreciated the warm up sesione we did before the ring strength work and using it i'm saving sometime in my training session. btw the warm up seemed to be expeccially for upperbody preparation. There is an optimal sequence for lower body if , for example, i have to train skill where split is needed?

2-second one regards the development of side lever, during the seminar (i think for the general fitness level) we have seen only the first step, the front support with both arms straigth and body suspended.

my suppose now is that a repetition of side lever must finish in this position or i'm wrong?

in the youtube page iìve seen the side lever performed with a little bounce from the lower foot at the end of one repetition. so what is the rigth version? little bouce or front support and after side lever press/pull?

i post here my version where i don't use bounce movements. i did only on one side cause an ankle injury.

thanks for your time

Good job. Now work to doing them slower and straddled for longer duration.

Carl Paoli has some nice drills on youtube for the side lever. Just skip through the videos as there is too much talking and CrossFit-ish jargon. Drills are quality though as is his movement.
