i want to share to you my first experience as a trainer..

at the half of the august i've convinced 2 mine friends and my brother to started to train with GB method, that is what i'm following since the last 2 years and half

the first was my brother (he started on the first of july). high bodyfat percentage, zero mobility and flexibility, low level of strength. the program that he used was the GB progressions/workouts, plus isometrich and mobility exercises.

he started wihtout be able to do one 10 push up in a row, only 2 chin up starting with the elbows at 90°, zero leg lift with straigth legs. no fl, no bl, no L-sit, 0 seconds of handstand, 2 normal dips

now he do weigthed pullup with 10 kg slow and controlled. pseudo planche push up plus on the floor with legs straddled. handstand at the wall for 1 minute. headstand push up, leg raise very near to touch the bar, adv tuck fl, straddle back lever, 20 sec L-sit, elevated hindu push up , front lever rows , russian dips and much more...

the biggest difference is that he had lost 15 kg, no cardio work, only diet and GB programs

the second is my friend (he started at the half of august) he gains an impressive amount of strength in less time. he started from 3 chin up, now he has 3 pullup with 12 kg. pseudo planche push up plus in straddle. 5 hspu on pbars.straddle bl, adv tuck fl for 45 seconds, front lever rows in adv tuck position, 10 seconds adv tuck pl. the biggest result he obtaiined are concerned with muscle up and multiplane pushing. he started wihtout be able to do just one roll to headstand, now he do 5 roll to handstand . for muscle up he tried them yesterday but was the first time, he did 2 muscle up in a row

the last is another my friend, he comes from bad family situation...he tried to transfer his emotions in training, trying to shift the thougth on something positive. he started with 2 pullup, 2 push up at hips level, 3 headstand push up, few seconds of tuck front lever and back lever, horrible hs line, leg lifts only at 90°, 7 normal dips, 1 chest roll to headstand. he had lost 6 kg, he stopped to smoke and drink. now he do straddle bl and adv tuck fl, pullup with 8 kg. normal dip with 37 kg and numerous russian dips. tuck planche. 5 hspu and more. also for him the greatest results are on mu and mppusing. he tried today and he did 2 mu in a row. yesterday he did 5 chest roll to handstand and 4 leg lift touching the bar..

for me the last surprise was the weigthed dips. i've stopped with them 5 months ago, i did only dips on the rings with RTO and a great lean on forward (i've started from 20°, after 30°, now i am around 50°) and i was able to do a dip with 33 kg. today i did 3 reps with 61 kg...i was just impressed how gymnasting training makes you stronger

so this is only 3 stories of how GB can change people, making their lifes better and better.

how i can say what i think? GST is the best opportuniy and the best choice i've ever did!

That's awesome progress!

What programming approach did you use? Scaled WODs? Integrated training? Details would be good!
