It looks like a non-rest day strength routine.

Not much skill work in that routine.

Also is it really at rest day if you aren't resting?

Gaben18

How can i fix it? Im doing the less strenuous statics?

Gaben18

Would this be better? Ive read once you pass a progression, it becomes a skill i have hole all the basic statics I.E. frog stance for more than 30 seconds. is it still a bad idea to practice them?

All you are doing there is just more strength work. Only ones that I's consider skill at all are HS and maybe frog stand because they take balancing.

But most of those holds should be something you do for warm up every workout and they are easy. There's no point training them anymore.

Really skill work to me sounds something like working on tumbling or pommel horse work or those HSs. What you are doing here is just adding some static volume which is by no means wrong if you need it but quite often the less is actually more ;)

One thing I like there though is that grip work, I will do that on rest days when my arms can handle the volume.

This is correct. Just include those things as warmup. And by definition you should rest on a rest day. That doesn't mean you need to sit on the couch but don't do the things that you do on your workout days. Go for a hike (with proper nutrition), swim, paddle board doesn't really matter but don't do lesser progressions and call it a rest day.

If you are trying to grease the groove and know how to include this in your workout then it might be ok to include some of the exercises.

Also it is ok to do some easier balancing skills everyday to become more proficient. One good example is Handstand. But only do this as long as it is not at all taxing. For example skill work like pommel training shouldn't be done on a rest day.

Alright guys. What about the planche pulls, and the front leaver pulls, should i do those? After my front leaver, and planche work?
