Well, today i filmed some videos of what i've been trying to know how i've been working...

I'd appreciate a lot if you can critique three videos:

The first one is about HS, finally i'm learning to kick up, and trying to get balance, can you give me any advice for having an easier algnment from tuck to HS??

The second video is about how much ROM i'm getting in a front lever tuck Horizontal row, i'd like to know if that ROM is enough, and if working up to 5x5 with that ROM might be a good idea...

Finally, the following video shows my Flat tuck front lever, i'd like to know if it's a good position, or what could you change?

It might be something really great to know what do you think...

Thanks in advice, and greetings from Mexico

There was a recent discussion here about FL rows, and I believe the consensus was that your ROM is fine and pretty normal

Paradox

On the FL rows, your hips are very high. It's normal for your body to want to do that because it makes it easier, but try and keep the hips at the same level with the shoulders.

The flat tuck FL was good. Good retraction in the scapulae.

Sorry, no advice on the handstand because my knowledge is limited.
