i've noticed that for me and for my brother, as the dislocation improves, the bridge is coming easier with the chest that is pushed out more with hands at shoulders position. then as the bridge improves, the handstand alignement due to extension of shoulders is improved. so can we say that dislocates substantially improves the shoulders extension in handstand? or is just a chance?

thanks to all

I am feeling the same after doing the shoulder dislocations for about two months as well. But have also been doing wall extensions for the last 3-4months, and they are feeling better also. Guessing its an good combination.
