I have been training without a certain workout routine... if someone can help me to organize myself to further improve my v-sit press and handstand, Help is very welcome!

thanks!

Your V-sit with 8kg is very good as is the press HS. You do planche a bit in the press HS (lean forward from the shoulders) but with 8 kg on your ankles that's hard to criticize!

It's hard to tell you what to do routine wise with just those two elements, because you've essentially already got them. With the HS there are many, many ways to go, pressing from L-sit would be a possible next step. Also just working on the HS in general, bodyline, hold times and the like.

V-sit, next step would be working on Manna, you'll need to look at the (e)book for more on this.

Other than that, if these are the only two things you are working on you could use more variety.

The manna progression is also available in a sticky in the basic strength subforum.

As Cole said, it's hard to criticize! 8kg in each ankle and doing a v-sit and a press to handstand is really impressive :)

Did you achieve that compression just by trying l-sit to v-sit with ankle weights or did you use other progressions?

Now put both together and do V-sit to handstand with 8kg :)

Thanks... haha, this is the next step V-sit press handstand with 8 kg, more is very dificulty (press handstand with 8 kg)... I currently training V-sit with 6 kg in each foot, But I can not lift the leg still, I'm almost doing L-sit =)

beyond training such a V-sit with weight, I training very abdominal, abdominal and exercises static with weight in each ankle... and some exercises leg, beyond of the other to triceps...

I think very strange Cole, with the turning hands back I come close to making a manna, when hands are forward, I not climb so far... why does this happen?

Cole Dano

Manna is done with hands facing backwards, in part this is because you have to lean quite far back to perform it.
