material of climbing rope

what is best for longer use? nylon, hemp or something else?

I have a Manila climbing rope from Functional Hand Strength. The thing is bomb proof!

Note: Its for indoors only, mine is in the garage and has been fine its just not good to get the manila ones wet. If its an outside rope then a synthetic one would be better.
