Saw this get posted around, great video

it's interesting to see people learning the big tricks like triple backs as well, makes you remember that they were human once

Also, I want one of those giant squishy mats, they look very forgiving to land on

Sternford

Tumble tracks are great but I have this awful fear that I'm going to land in the gap between the mat and the bed

Razz

The giant squishy mats are quite a popular form of foam pit here in Denmark. It's nice because it doesn't make as much of a mess as the cubed foam pits and you can still get some landing practice on there. It's not so forgiving if you land head first though..suffered quite a severe back injury once from a bad landing in one of those

Vagabond

Aren't those named "Portapit"? My friend just opened a gym and he uses Portapit.

Razz

No idea.. Portapit sounds like they're portable, which they are not. They can often be moved up and down though, which is excellent for learning new skills.

Great video. The triple layouts were excellent.

In the US we refer to these as resi mats or "resis". They are a little awkward to move but may be used either on the ground as a moveable station or set down into a semi-permanent sunken pit placement.
