Impossible to tell for sure from that camera angle. You need to have the picture taken from straight behind, right now it's from a bit off to the side and that can play tricks with the eye.

However the picture does make it look like you are leaning to the right.

ill post a better one asap , thanks for the answer

Jhaek

so is it fine?

Cole Dano

That's better, It does look like your feet are slightly to the right, on the wall it might be hard to feel though and it's not huge.

Your arms are also a bit too wide, assuming you don't have any shoulder mobility issues, bring your hands right under the shoulders.

Jhaek

thanks alot :)!

Jhaek

actually im doing it at a side - any info on how to fix it ?

Cole Dano

One way is to do it in a corner.

Jhaek

im going to try it thanks !

Jhaek

but how can I do it in the corner? seems awkward

Cole Dano

Hands are still a bit on the wide side.

A simple corrective instruction is to put more weight on your left hand. Let's start there. The twisting part is very difficult start from the bottom up.

Using the corner shouldn't be that awkward just HS walk into the corner being in that triangle will inform your body about what straight and symmetrical is. It may be your shoulders are open enough to walk them in enough to touch the wall on both sides your big toes will be right in the corner, this will keep your legs from going off to the side.

You wouldn't do this exclusively but maybe once or twice per HS session in addition to what you are already doing.

Jhaek

so what do you think - is it correct?

Jhaek

Will anyone tell me?

Cole Dano

Best as I can tell it looks better.
