However no where in that article does he mention anything about l - sit which I thought is most important static after completing all pre - reqs. I mean doesn't l - sit build neccasary strength for front lever but front lever won't carry over into l - sit due to lack of hip flexor strength?Also my one strength day is hspu/rope climb plus more and other day is rto dips/bodyweight biceps curl plus more.
