L-sit and Adv Tuck BL form check please

Could someone please take a look at my L-sit and Adv Tuck BL attempts please! Any kind of advice and critique is most welcome ..Among my other goals are cca 30 sec adv L-sit and full lay BL.

L-sit looks very good!

Adv tuck BL is also good but the head is very down, german hang work can help with this.
