Are my elbows too far back?

If you cant tell by the video, I an take it from a different angle :)

It is hard to tell from that angle. You'd need to show a side view.

But it looks like the elbows are back (or hands forward).

The issue I can tell is that your forearm seems to flare out beyond 90 degrees.

Your hands end up too far away from your body, so the elbow angle isn't square.

Both could having something to do with strength in a hollow position. Just a guess.

Perhaps try without a hollow for an experiment and see if it resolves?

Awesome! so tense up my lower while doing these and avoid being hollow?

haha thanks :) Is it just me or are the dip variations easier than the other pushing progressions?
