Hello everybody, once more, i have been working out very regulary, and i have filmed two videos that i'd appreciate be critizised

the first one is about tuck front lever

kTaQRZ_e3CE

what do you think about my form, is that a good position, or is there somthing that needs to be changed?

And the second one, is again a handstand

VuZgIRfQkXA

what do you think about my alignment?

Thanks in advice!

your HS is much better!

I think that when you look at the wall instead at the floor at the HS you achieve a better alignment.

When you do the FL try to retract your scapulas a bit more. (by the position of your hips you are nearly doing a flat tuck FL)

Looking good. On the HS roll your eyes up before you move your head. Should just barely glimpse your thumbs. Concentrate on maintaining your shoulder push and trap stability. You might find as your head moves you lose a bit. Just something to pay attention to.

On the FL shoulder back an down. Bring those scaps towards neutral and "down" toward the ribs. It might be hard at first but you should notice a feeling of stability and more locked in to the hold.
