Well here's my attempt at this newly learned skill. How about some tips to speed my progress? By summer i plan on participating in jam sessions in downtown St. Louis with the members of TRICKSET. if you don't know them you can find them on youtube... but i've got to get the skills by learning as much from gymnastic pros as possible then putting it to good use. so anyone that can explain in as close to third grade terminology as possible will probably help me the most...
here's the link ( i hope!!) to the youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4aFEpNGej0 hopefully it leads you to my video thanks, Kevin

I think that you're well on your way, my compliments on that!
It should be mostly a matter of perfecting the movement in two ways. First you should try to jump higher, more airtime means more time to rotate. Increasing your vertical jump should be an area to focus on. Second you may be able to rotate a bit faster by making yourself just a little bit smaller in the air.
Strive to make the initiation of the movement as powerful and short as possible. It's all about explosive power..
Increasing Rotation
Pulling your hips up behind you more aggressively will increase the speed of your rotation. It may help to think of "pulling" your hips up over your head as your initiate the flip with your chest/torso.
