Josh Karnes,7, wins AA title by 4 points and all 6 individual event golds! With the help of his GB training he was the only boy of 60 level 6's to score above a 15 on rings witha 15.4! He also made the PA State Team and will be representing PA in the Region 7 Chamionships in Philadelphia on April 28!

His strength is quite amazing considering this is his 3 year in the sport, we are now working straddle planche on the rings and he is working hard at improving his manna position it will be another 6 months until he has it solid on the carpet!
It's really interesting to watch him progress from video to video. Impressive work and good luck at the championships in April.
Nice! I love it when he's in HS on rings and the rings are almost level with his head cuz he's so small, awesome work tho
