hi to everyone, i'm just came back from hospital...i got a micro fractura of the middle finger of my rigth hand, now i have a stick to maintain my finger straigth nothing important...

today in the gym i was subjected to a particular exercise that i never seen and never did, i think that it can be very useful to combine multi plane bent arm press and straigth arm press

i'm capable to do only one rep with straddle variation due to my little strength in press to hs..

the esercise is this

you have to do a chest roll with the objective of arrive in the bottom position of straddle press to hs, so the legs are opened and the feet are 1-2 cm from the floor, then with straigth arms press to handstand and repeat

one boy was capable of do chest roll to straddle L and then press to hs...

what do you think about it? useful or no?

Alright. I don't see the need to chest roll to straddle l though.

Another press we do sometimes is seal, drag toes on floor to pike stand and press. Sometimes on a mat so hands are on floor while hips and torso are on mat. Elevated assist. We do these on yoga balls too.
