Need to learn how to turnover round-off more for back handspring series. Bigger lunge into round-off, kick more over the top vs slightly around the side. Learning how to over-rotate a round-off is critical to learning how to round-off. Not very fun even on a sprung floor, generally best to do it onto soft mats (since it requires rotating to your back missing your feet from contacting floor).

Need to learn how to properly set for back salto. Straight arms instead of bent arms.

Throwing over your left shoulder slightly in back tuck that is connected out of a tumbling series.

I can't say I've seen or herd of this is it possable to show me a video i understand it'll help me get the necessary push off my hands to get me to block better for more advanced skills but i have never actually seen or herd of that method. wile I'm at work tomorrow i'll give it a shot and record it and throw in a few actual sets

"Blocking" refers to the action of shrugging through the shoulders quickly. Basically push yourself away from the floor.
