hope everyone have nice trainings and workouts...

a few days ago, i tested my full back lever, haveing before made a SSC of the one legged version.

i did 2 repetitions of 4-5 secs, obviously not in the best form, but quite decent.

here now my question is

should i finish my cycle, or, should i begin training in the full back lever version? and if, how should i work it?

if not, maigh it be a good idea to begin doing negative pulls of full back lever??

Thanks in advice =)

I think at this time, you should stick with the variation that you are capable of maintaining perfect form on, as training a not so good full BL will more than likely lead to bad habits. If your heart is set on the full BL, then yes, full Neg BLs and max static BLs are your way to go. You can try to work Single leg BL pulls and see how that does for you. I love doing lever pulls, they add a lot of strength when statics go stagnant.

Thanks for answering, do you think might be a good idea then to work more volume on the one leg variation? something like 6x10, 4x15? or should i begin with straddle?

in the case of begin working back pulls, could it be recomendable something like 10x6s + back pull?

thanks again!

Well, you can play with doing the BL as an embedded version by lowering from inverted hang or pressing out from basket hang and pulling back to basket or inverted.

Try straddle lever, maybe 1/2 lay. Test each to see what you can do.
