Homemade forearm roller

During extended handbalancing or grip strength / sessions my forearms would become uncooperative.

This is something I've been doing to remedy that (not for the feint of heart)

Barbells are also amazing for hamstring rolling if you have a super friend to help you :D

I am going to try it.

I have used an olympic bar for my feet, i.e. just rolling the bar on the floor through all the knots on the arch.
