Well, i've been stick working handstand since a lot of time, but, it has not been one of my priorities, so i hadn't paid attention on working for improving my flexibility and then, my handstand....

i really think that i need a lot of work on it, cause i think my shoulders aren't completely open, but, i want to know what do you think....

here's the video

Not bad! You are correct, your shoulders are not quite open all the way, but are very close.

pull your head a little bit out, look between your hands.

this will make the balance easier

I agree that your head is to far between your shoulders, you will need to see the ground to balance free standing with ease and it look like you looking at the wall. your back looks really straight, just remember to engage your abs and lift through the shoulders.

One other not would be to have the camera far enough back so that we can see your entire body fingers to toes.

Looks good man!

ok, so the first think i have to correct is my head position =)

i have been doing lots of stretching for opening my shoulder angle, and i really want to achieve a great alignment in my handstand...

do yo think it might be a great idea to begin to working it without wall for getting more balance?

or should i first build more volume on my wall hs work?

i'm doing 10-15 min almost 4 or 5 days in the week...

anyway, thanks for your opinions =)

Greetings from mexico, and have great workouts everyday !
