Kris CHARTON

Hi all,

This is my current Fsp work for my second SSC:

Straddle L bent :

RA0hPadSDZA

German hang XR :

fq-qIwsEq3g

Front lever tuck :

Q9MCmjlB2Dc

L-sit Fx :

FUCXKcGHemk

Thanks for any com :D

Here my result of my first SSC:

Straddle L bent : 16s >>> now 40s

German hang : 20s >>> now 40s (the 3 first week i don't have my XR so i've not really work my german during this time)

Front lever tuck : 26s >>> now 50s

Planche tuck : 16s >>> now replaced by Lsit (I have not succeeded to keep my tuck planche during my SSC) maybe too early ?

Blairbob

Pretty good.

Straddle-L. Try to keep knees as high as hips. 90 degrees, flat and parallel.

FL. Hips might be slightly too high. Few degrees. Close enough for gov't work.

Floor L. Nice. Work towards pushing hips forward eventually one of these days. Get the 30s first.

Why has your tuck PL gone away? Are you not working it (working support and L work instead)?

Kris CHARTON

Thanks for your response blair,

Straddle L : i try keep my knee at the same level of my elbow. is it good ?

I won better straddle flexibility with him :D

Floor L : i have already 30s-40s static hold, but my goals its got 60s Lsit floor or Pb.

I hope Lsit work for 60s will help for my planche conditionning.

Planche : my tuck pl is not gone away. In my first SSC i worked it for 8x8s on pb but during the cycle it became increasingly hard (maybe because i jumped advanced frog stand.. or weak shoulder i don't know).

Also i work planche lean and ppp elevated.

Here a movie of my tuck pl :

Otherwise in my german hang i retract my scapula. is it correct ?

Thanks very much
