hi guys... since my post on the skill development where blairbob answered to me about this skill is passed one week...

this are the first sensated result...

LNgl1ShRw_s

i notice a couple of things:

-is necessary stay tigth during the entire movement

-the movement of hands change i easier if did fast

-practice in particulary single hand handstand helps to understand how to shift weigth on my left hand (wich is weaker than rigth)

-keep always the legs closed

-practice the single rail handstand decrease the difficulty of single rail handstand transition

if someone has some other tips are always appreciated

thanks for your time

Aren't the parallettes placed too far apart? :/

Blairbob

No arching allowed.

Parallettes seem a bit wide as IronGymnast alluded to.

One Arm Wall HS is a useful drill for pirouettes.

Maybe you have tight shoulders, lack of full 180 degree angle in HS?

i don't know the correct distance of pbars? they have to be closer?the is a way to deteminate a sensated distance for me?

this is my handstand on the florrvbefore wrist injury...i have to improve it?

i usually do every day 2 sets of seated wall extension...no proble to maintain the shoulders the elbows the wrists and the back in contact with wall...

thanks

oh last thing, i have the stupid tendency to lift my head to be sure of where i am...this derive from uncorrect handstand development in the first years of breaking activity..how i had learned lose a not correct movement is more difficult then learn the correct

so this head position can affect the arch of handstand?

A helpful guide is this.

the length from your elbow to your finger tips plus two fingers from the other hand. This is a quick way to set up pbars in the gym at the right width.

GOOD...thank you

Mats Trane

As you turn try not to stick your head out. A good rule is to always try to hide your ears behind your arms/shoulders. Notice in your second video, in the beginning you can clearly see your ears but at the end its much better.

Mats Trane

Almost forgot, lead the piroette with you feet/toes

Alessandro Mainente

mmm thank you...i noticed it also in breaking skill...if i lift my head arching is more easy

thatks for your asnwers...really

Does keeping the balance while pirouetting come from the hips and keeping your "free" hand also tensed and straight? Cant find any vids from youtube regarding this skill.

Im able to pirouette pretty good sometimes but it feels like alot of work, and i think it should be getting pretty easy when u understand the correct techical aspects (which i think i dont), So, what are the main things one should be focusing on while keeping the balance in pirouetting? Does the turning start from leaning a little to the other side with hips, or as ive undestood and as Mats already said earlier the turn starts from the feet or is it combination of both while sort of counterbalancing with your shifting hand?

Also, do you shift your weight all the way to the one arm or is it part momentum/movement that makes it "easier" and correct?

Sorry for my bad english but i think you understand what im trying to say :)
