Nick has some other good videos on his youtube as well but I thought about posting the PB swing one since there is a SR swings tutorial here as well.
The arched hip swing may be different from some of you have seen but it's been catching on it seems in the past couple of years.
Isn't swings supposed to keep hollow body all the way?
That's really interesting, why is the form moving to arch rather than hollow?

Actually if you notice Jacob Marks little future star you'll see he swings his circles the same way at times in a tight arch.
It helps a lot for skills like stutz to hand, diamodov, etc.
It's also harder than Hollow>arch>hollow as it's all shoulder.
