Well to start off, you can look through Ido's work on the stall bars including front and rear supports, one arm HLL.

What we did on the stall bars during the seminar was a lot of the HLL and then stretching. We also used it for Flag/Side lever.

A fun drill was to hold the bars as if for Flag and walk up the ladder with your feet. Yes, my boys loved that.

They are also very useful for floor glute ham. I figured out a way with a swiss ball to duplicate a GHD device.

Besides HLL, you can also do inverted leg lifts but bare in mind these are pretty easy in general.

Stall Bars are really incredibly versatile.

Pike walks - facing the bars, hold a bar with both hands, step your feet on the bars and relax your hips away from the bars into a stretch. Step up repeat bringing the feel as close to the hands as possible.

Wall walks, the bars give these a bit extra compared to on a wall.

Reverse wall walks, drop in from a handstand

Back bends in general, feet on the bars to make opening the chest easier, hands to make it more challenging, but they also give great leverage for opening the shoulders.

Stretching Pike walks and bridging on the stall bars is very different on floor.

Bridge wall walks may actually be a bit easier on the stall bars. It's been a long time.
