No xplode,Fat burner ot both ?

Hi,there.Im tall 1.68sm and my weight is 75 kilos.I`m good on floor exercices and lately i started to train the static strenght moves.I want to get the planche,the cross and the oap.So currenyly i`m trianing like 7,8 months(the strenght moves) and i decided to add some supplements.I feel my legs and my but a bit heavy when im trying the exercices.

My question is should i take a fat burner so i take out everything that is not needed(make my Bodyfat lower) so it can become easyer

Or

should i start

No xplode and strict diet.

Also i want to ask is a combination of both really bad for health ?

Currently im taking amino and creatin.I will continue with the amino and i will stop the creatin,so i can change with one of thoese.

Please give me some adivces !

Lately, I've been playing around what to use preworkout. However, my workout now is just OlympicLifting. I use a bit of gymnastics stuff in my WU for mobility and on my off days.

For awhile there I had a tub of preworkout which had all your fancy stuff. Beta-Alanine, creatine, NO, BCAA, the whole 9 yards, and some caffeine. No, it wasn't Jacked. Workouts went pretty well but I ran out.

16oz of coke, so sugar and a light amount of caffeine. Crashed, but it felt decent in the first half of the workout.

Nothing at all. Sucky workout. I can get through it. I've tried this going in fasted and going in with some fuel in the tank roughly 2hours prior. Marginal at best.

Preworkout plus a carb source. Snacking on a piece of fruit or jerky or an apple or banana. Seems to be alright, but also seems to be unneccessary. For longer workouts, having some fruit has helped out a lot.

Whey and water. Works pretty darn good. Has a small amount of fat and carbs, Maybe 80 or 100 calories?

Been meaning to try just a caffeine energy shot. However, just a dose of whey works just as good the preworkout.

I was trying to see if it was worth bothering to buy some more preworkout or BCAA's or caffeine. Whey is cheaper and seems to work just as well as the preworkout. I did IF in December so I've gotten into the habit of working out fasted.

I still would like to try some caffeine and see that changes the performance of the workout. Honestly though I might just drink some tea. Cheaper than generic 5hr energy shots from the dollar store.

During gymnastics, I had a friend who would sip on an intra workout and I've done the same. Works alright but generally I don't bother with sipping on an intra workout. To note our gymnastics workouts were roughly 2 and a half hours to 3 and a half hours. So way different than just a 60-90m gymnastics fitness workout. Sliz likes to do whey pre and intra workout with some carbs.

Tried caffeine energy shots. Keeps me mentally jazzed but doesn't matter if I'm running out of glycogen stores.

Energy shot+nibbling on fruit allows me to do a bit more work than working out fasted on an energy shot+whey.

All of that, plus eating a meal a few hours before was more optimal. Gotta get rid of this fasted states into workout.
