Hey Hello everybody!

Hope you have great trainings always...

Well i've been working in my shoulders angle, and in my body alignment in my hs, but, i really don't know what i'm doing wrong, or in what can i work more for improving my hs...

What do you think, what do i have to work in for improving my body alignment and shoulder opening??

Thanks a lot for the comments, greetings from Mexico

A couple of questions first. WHen you are in the wall HS, do you point your toes? If you don't, you need to. Flatten your feet against the wall, point your toes to the cieling. Try not to touch the wall with your body at all, just your toes in the pointed positionl. When you do this you also have to tighten your glutes to get into the hollw poisition. Have you practiced the hollow hold? IIn the hollow hod you need to make sure your lower back is pressed into the ground. DO a lot of shoulder opening exercises as well. Wall extensions and SHoulder dislocates, german hang, are all great.

hope this helps
