i started to progress more on this skill since i started the progression for iron cross...

i noticed...the tecnique plays a grea role in this skill

now i'm working on the straigth arm variation...in think is only a question on time and tecnique..

Yeah, go to your videos under youtube after you have signed in and look at the editing options.
