False Grip Hang

When doing a false grip hang, as in the start of a muscle-up, my arms are not in line with my shoulders and hips, they are infront of them. If I to force them to be in line, I can no longer do a muscle-up, and I can't hold it for as long. This is with my arms fully extended.

Excellent observation. This is due to both your forearms and shoulders being tight. Continued exposure to the FG Hangs will improve this.
